This year’s celebration transforms the Chao Phraya River into a glowing ribbon of light, artistry, and emotion, held under the heartfelt theme “The Light of Siam: The Mother of the Nation.”
The festival pays tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, whose lifelong devotion to the Thai people and tireless efforts to preserve Thailand’s nature, culture, and traditions have earned her the title “The Mother of the Nation.”
Through dazzling light installations and multimedia art along the riverbanks, the event expresses the nation’s collective reverence, gratitude, and unity — illuminating both the city and the hearts of all who visit.
As night falls, the Chao Phraya River — Bangkok’s timeless lifeline — will come alive with breathtaking visual displays, vibrant illuminations, and cultural performances that celebrate Her Majesty’s enduring grace and the beauty of the Kingdom.
