Q. How long does each tour last ?
A. Our private day tours are designed to last one full day typically starting early in the morning and ending in the evening. Our private package tours are custom built tours lasting 2 days and 3 days respectively.

Q. Do I need to book in advance ?
A. We recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure your preferred date.

Q. What is included in the price of a private tour ?
A. Prices for our private tours include a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle with driver, English speaking local tour guide, all applicable entrance fees and meals as specified in the tour description. Personal expenses and gratuities are not included.

Q. What languages do your tour guides speak ?
A. Our tour guides are fluent in English and we also offer tours in other languages. Please enquire about language options when making your enquiry or tour reservation.

Q. How experienced are the tour guides ?
A. Our tour guides are qualified, certified, Thai tour guides and extremely experienced with an extensive knowledge of local history, culture and local attractions.

A. Our itineraries are flexible and we can accommodate changes based on your preferences. Just let your tour guide know during the tour.

Q. Can I choose the pickup location for my tour ?
A. Yes you can choose a convenient pickup location within Bangkok and we will make sure to pick you up and drop you off at your chosen spot.

Q. Are meals included with the tours ?
A. Some meals are included with our tours as indicated by the tour description.

Q. Is there a minimum or maximum number of people for a private tour ?
A. Our private tours can be arranged for individuals, couples, families or larger groups.

Q. Can I request additional stops during the tour ?
A. Absolutely ! If time permits, your tour guide can arrange additional stops during your tour based on your interests and requirements.

Q. What should I wear/bring on my tour ?
A. Comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended. For temple visits, modest attire with shirts that cover shoulders and long pants or dresses that cover legs are required. Essentials like sunscreen, hats and water bottles are also advised.

Q. What happens with a tour in the case of bad weather ?
A. Our tours always operate even during rainy or hot weather but if a tour is cancelled due to extremely bad weather we will try to reschedule your tour that fits with your schedule. Safety is our top priority.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule ?
A. Our cancellation policy details are shown under booking terms and conditions
If you cancel your tour at least 48 hours before the tour starts then rescheduling of your tour is possible depending upon availability (especially pertaining to special guide language requests).

Q. What are the payment options ?
A. We accept payments online through credit/debit cards, bank transfers and select e-wallets.

Q. Can I extend my private tour to more than one day ?
A. Absolutely ! Multi-day extensions of tours can be arranged upon request.
