  • 08:00 Pickup from your hotel in Bangkok and travel to visit the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha. The Grand Palace is a must-see for any traveller. From 1782 until 1925 this collection of elegant buildings was home to the Kings of Siam (later Thailand). The Grand Palace is a public museum and historical site that is still utilised for special occasions.
  • Next to the Grand Palace is the Wat Pho which is also known as Wat Phra Chetuphon or the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. It is one of the city’s oldest and greatest temples, notable for its magnificent architecture, excellent artwork, and the distinctive giant reclining Buddha statue.
  • After the Wat Pho you will travel just a short distance to the Wat Arun also known as the Temple of Dawn. It is regarded as one of the city’s most recognisable monuments and is noted for its unusual architectural design and expansive views of the river and the skyline.
  • Lunch at local restaurant.
  • After lunch you will take a private longtail boat trip along the Klong Bangkok Noi on the Chao Phraya River for about 1 hour. You will get to see traditional wooden houses, lush greenery, and villages along the river. It will give you a look at how local people live and is a nice change from the busy downtown area of Bangkok.
  • 15:30 Return to your hotel.
